How do I gain access to patient medical records?
We are currently in the process of securing long term storage for medical records.
How long will my records be available?
Per California guidelines, pediatric records will be kept until a patient has turned 19 years old. If you were over the age of 18 and receiving services, your documentation will be kept for 7 years after your discharge date.
