How do I gain access to payroll records?
If you have set up an account on Paychex Flex, you will be able to access your records through their website ( www.paychexflex.com ). If Paychex has been unable to assist you in setting up an account, you can reach us directly via the contact page for assistance.
How long will my records be available?
Per CA guidelines, your payroll records will be available for 4 years after your last issued check.
