Timesheets are due each week by Monday at 8:30 AM. Please note that major holidays may affect this and be aware of office communications.
Timesheets are filled out on a Sunday-Saturday work week and pay weekly on Friday. If you worked this Sunday, you will be paid for your shift next Friday. (Ex. Work week of 01/01/2023-01/07/2023 will be paid on the 01/13/2023 check date.)

Yes? USPS may be running slow this week or we may be missing documentation from you. If you have not received your check when expected please call and we will resolve the issue. If your check does not arrive within seven days of the check date we will reissue your check. If not, call 909-949-1066 to request your check be mailed to you.
You may have a paper check this week, contact the office and we can assist you further.
We may have received your timesheet after processing time, if your timesheet was received after payroll was submitted it will be paid on the following check date. If you have concerns please contact the office directly and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
Once you have completed your In-Service packet you may request a direct deposit form. You will need a blank check or access to your routing and account number.
If you need a paper check, or to stop your direct deposit, please contact the office before the timesheet submission deadline has passed. Once payroll has been processed we are unable to stop a direct deposit.
